Terms & Conditions – Thin Wall Packaging Academy

 

1. Registration

Registration is done informally via email and is considered binding upon confirmation. You will receive a written confirmation with all course details and the corresponding invoice.

2. Payment Terms

The course fee is due within 10 days of registration. For short-notice registrations (less than 14 days before course start), payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

3. Cancellation by Participants

Up to 6 weeks before course start: free cancellation
Up to 4 weeks before course start: 50% of the course fee
From 2 weeks before course start or in case of no-show: 100% of the course fee
You may nominate a substitute participant at any time with prior notice.

4. Cancellation by the Organizer

If the course must be cancelled or postponed due to illness of instructors, insufficient registrations, or force majeure, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel. In such cases, any fees already paid will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded.

5. Course Content & Changes

We reserve the right to make adjustments to course content or format (e.g. change of experts, topic updates, schedule) as long as the overall character of the course remains.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

All content provided during the Thin Wall Packaging Academy – including presentations, materials, recordings, audio and visual content – is protected by copyright.
Participants are granted a simple, non-transferable license for personal use within the scope of the booked course.
The following is not permitted:
• Recording or capturing live sessions (audio, video, screenshots)
• Sharing, publishing or reproducing course materials with third parties
• Using the content for other training or commercial purposes without written consent

7. Data Protection

Your personal data will be used exclusively for organizing and conducting the course. No data will be shared with third parties.

8. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
